Beyond Meat Burger & Fries Recipe

Hey foodie peeps! Nia and I are back with a plant-based recipe that we’ve enjoyed and possibly had 2 or 3 times … this week … alone lol And so we thought it’d be a great idea to share it with all of you.


Prep Time: 20-25 min | Ready In: 30-40 min | Makes: 2 servings


  • Lousiana Cajun Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Organic Turkish Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon of Seasoned Salt (Adobo, Lawry’s, Old Bay etc.)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 slices of Tomato
  • 2 leafs of Butter Lettuce
  • 1 bag of Petite Potatoes
  • 2 Brioche Buns
  • Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 Beyond Meat Patties
  • Spray Oil

Pots & Pans

  • Baking Sheet
  • Cast Iron Skillet
  • Mixing Bowls

How to Make It:

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 450 degrees

Step 2: Mix spices together in a mixing bowl

Step 3: Defrost Beyond Meat Patties

Step 4: Sprinkle Cajun Seasoning on the patties and set aside

Step 5: Cut the petite potatoes in half and soak in water for 10 minutes then pat dry

Step 6: Spray Baking sheet with Olive Oil

Step 7: Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and sprinkle one tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 8: Sprinkle mixed spices to add taste

Step 9: Place in oven for 30 minutes

Step 10: Heat Skillet or Cast Iron Skillet with Olive Oil

Step 11: Add Beyond Burger Patties.

Optional – you can flatten the patties to make them thinner.

Step 12: Cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides.

Step 13: Toast Brioche Buns

Step 14: Assemble your Beyond Meat Burgers, add your fries and chow down!

And there you have it! We’ve enjoyed having this meal for lunch or dinner and we may not ever go back to fast food ever again! Thinking way ahead, but this is a great meal to kick off barbecue and cook out season for your fellow meatless eaters! We highly recommend!
