Towards the end of last year I felt very bleh about my blog. I was even contemplating scrapping the entire thing and focus on one element, books and reading. But the more I thought about it, the more i realized that I didn’t want to let Eat Travel Read go. And here we are:
As much fun as it’s been managing Eat Travel Read on my own, I am happy and pleased to announce that I will have a contributor. My best friend, and roommate Nia will be helping me out with various areas of the blog. She’ll be the photographer and will even co-write some blogs on the Eat and Travel side.
More Eat and Travel Content
Speaking of which, this year I will be more cognizant of all aspects of my blog. Which means you will be joining Nia and I on our plant based diet! That means recipes and recommendations for places/restaurants that cater to our specific dietary needs. Of course, I’m always looking to expand my content so please feel free to give us any suggestions.
On the Travel side, we’re in the process of planning trips for 2020. But we’re also going to include travel tips, and some travel secrets we’ve discovered during our adventures.
New Bookish Content
Finally, although I give this side of my blog the most attention, I realize there is so much more I want to participate in like bookish tags, unboxings etc. Also, I really enjoyed my Writer Wednesday segment during Blogtober, and I’ve decided to make it a permanent segment. Especially since I’m working on the second draft of my manuscript and some of my short stories. I’d love to take you along my journey and to learn more about some of your own journeys!
And there you have it! My 2020 Blog resolutions! And an end to my “End of Year” Blog posts. Can’t wait to see what this new year will bring!
